Milken National Educators
Since 1987, the Milken Family Foundation National Educator Awards program has provided public recognition and financial rewards to elementary and secondary teachers and principals who demonstrate exceptional educational talent. Recipients receive a $25,000 award which is presented at the Milken Family Foundation National Education Conference in June each year.
The Milken Family Foundation was established in 1982 to discover and advance inventive and effective ways of helping people help themselves and those around them lead productive and satisfying lives. The Foundation advances this mission primarily through its work in education and medical research.
