Professional and Advanced Professional Endorsements are public school funding mechanisms that move qualified individuals onto the Professional and Advanced Professional rungs of the Career Ladder. For an individual to be placed on the 'P' rung of the Career Ladder, they must be recommended for and receive a Professional Endorsement. For an individual to be placed on the 'AP' rung of the Career Ladder, they must be recommended for and receive an Advanced Professional Endorsement.
